Yes. The free plan is permanent and includes 5 dynamic QR codes — no credit card required and no time limit.
How does the Pro trial work?+
New accounts get a 14-day free Pro trial. Upgrade to paid Pro anytime during or after the trial, or do nothing and stay on the free plan.
Do my QR codes keep working if I cancel?+
Yes. After cancelling or downgrading, your dynamic codes keep working on the Free plan within plan limits — your printed codes are never disabled.
Is there a money-back guarantee?+
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. We review every request in good faith.
How are payments processed? Is it secure?+
Payments are securely processed by our authorized reseller Paddle.com. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Credit/debit cards and local payment methods are supported.
Is there a discount for annual billing?+
Yes. Choosing annual instead of monthly billing gives a discount on paid plans. Toggle between annual and monthly above the plan cards.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately; on downgrade your codes stay active within Free plan limits.
Does the invoice include VAT?+
As Merchant of Record, Paddle calculates and charges applicable VAT/taxes based on your country. For business purchases you can enter your tax ID at checkout.
